We are scheduled to have a perm sale on Tuesday Nov 17th on Adeline at 4pm until 5pm, and Thursday Nov 19th on Marian at 4pm until 5pm Outspark Time.

Date & Times:

Instructions to purchase perm item:
 
1. Once the item is active go to the Solstice Store and purchase the item.
2. Login to Solstice and go to the meet spot (Guild Plaza north of Arcarinas Square) to claim your item.
3. Whisper the GM your SparkID. Please give the GMs some time; they have to process each of your requests manually.
4. Once the GM can confirm you have bought the item, we will warp you into a map to award you the item.
5. If you have been gifted please have the gifter's SparkID ready for the GM to confirm the gift. Also please mention you have been gifted.
 
*Please note that this process is 100% manual, and it can take some time to process each and every one of your requests. Please be patient*

If you cannot attend to claim the item. You can still purchase the item, and claim it with the CS dept. Here are the steps. Buy the item, and make sure it is logged in your purchase history. Contact our CS dept by going to the support link on outspark.com. Contact CS dept to claim the item. This process can take up to 48 hours, but you will get the item.
