Instructions to purchase perm item: 1. Once the item is active go to the Solstice Store and purchase the item.
2. Login to Solstice and go to the meet spot (Guild Plaza north of Arcarinas Square) to claim your item.
3. Whisper the GM your SparkID. Please give the GMs some time; they have to process each of your requests manually.
4. Once the GM can confirm you have bought the item, we will warp you into a map to award you the item.
5. If you have been gifted please have the gifter's SparkID ready for the GM to confirm the gift. Also please mention you have been gifted.

Due to the popularity of the Red Cowbell. We will allow you to pick the Red Cowbell as a alternate choice. You will need to tell the GM when you reach the GM office. So buy the Green cowbell when the item is active in Solstice Store, and when you claim the item tell the GM you would like the Red version.
If you cannot attend to claim the item. You can still purchase the item, and claim it with the CS dept. Here are the steps. Buy the item, and make sure it is logged in your purchase history. Contact our CS dept by going to the support link on outspark.com. Contact CS dept to claim the item. This process can take up to 48 hours, but you will get the item.
